FAQ'S

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.

Can I build a bundle box with different products to the bundles on the website?
Sure, just send us an email and we will do our best to help.

What packaging do you use ?
We use compostable shipping mailers and recyclable boxes.
Our packaging tape uses non-toxic adhesives and can be composted or recycled after use and unlike many wrapping papers, our eco-friendly tissue paper is 100% circular and can be composted or recycled after use too.

What is the best way to wash silicone dinnerware?
Our Silicone dinnerware is 100% dishwasher safe (we recommend top-rack) to protect the longevity of the product and can also be hand washed in warm soapy water and left to air dry.

Can the bowls and plates go in the microwave ?
Yes! They absolutely can. They are also oven safe up to 200c, fridge & freezer safe.

Is silicone safe ?
YES! Keep in mind that silicone dinnerware has become quite popular and low quality items are available. Please ensure the silicone you are buying is of premium quality, 100% food grade, BPA free and FDA Approved just like the silicone we know and love here at Coop & Co. We source from top manufacturers and pride ourself on the quality of our products.

My silicone bowl is giving off a soapy taste ?
This is not common but can happen. This is due to an oily residue build up over time (oily pasta sauces/bakes or curries etc) or even some dishwashing liquids with certain ingredients that can have the same effect. The oils can occasionally stick to the silicone surface and create a soapy taste. The silicone material does not physically absorb flavours or washing products itself but can leave a residue on the surface. Never fear, this can easily be fixed!

Option 1 Rub a cut lemon or lime on the surface of the bowl to remove the oily layer, leave sit for 20-30 min and wash clean with warm soapy water and rinse with clean water as normal.
Option 2 Perform an oven "bake" (YES, we promise this is safe & works a treat!)

1. Heat your oven to 165 degrees celcius
2. Place your silicone bowls or plates on the oven rack and bake for 20 minutes
3. Carefully remove with protective oven mits and place into kitchen sink
4. Wash with warm soapy water carefully scrubbing with a scourer or brush to remove the oil build up
5. Rinse with fresh clean water and dry

Tip - we recommend using sensitive and fragrance free dish liquid to avoid leaving a funny taste on the silicone. You can perform both steps for an ultra clean.

I'm having trouble getting my bowl to stick!
Our suction bowls & plates will suction very well to clean & dry sealed surfaces.
Ideal products are a plastic high chair tray (i.e Ikea, Kmart & Target), glass table top, laminate bench tops, a smooth stone bench top and some sealed, smooth wooden surfaces with no grain or texture (not all wood can be guaranteed). The bowl needs to be pressed down on to the surface from the inside outwards to ensure any air pockets are removed from underneath the bowl. Rough plastic with cuts in the surface or grainy timbers are not ideal for suction products.

We do not recommend for use with the Stokke Trip Trapp high chair tray as it is not great for suction based products.
