Change of Mind

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind purchases. 

 

Damages / Faulty Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us at hello@coopandcostore.com within 7 days of receiving your item, to notify us of an intended return or exchange, and we can help you with the process.

We will happily replace the product (if in stock) free of charge, or provide a full refund. All goods must arrive back to us in their original condition. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery. We aim to process returns within 2 business days of your order arriving back to us.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds / Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund / exchange was approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Afterpay
If you make an order using Afterpay and choose to cancel or return your order for a refund, the Afterpay fee will be on charged to you and will be deducted from your refund amount. Please refer to above return policy.
