FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 NZD. You must spend $100 minimum in one single transaction after discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping. 

For orders under $100: Flat rate shipping of $10 NZD Non-Rural and $15 NZD for Rural.

(*please allow extra delivery time for rural addresses)

We endeavour to have all orders packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please refer to the courier company directly with any enquiries or complaints arising with shipping. 

We also offer free local pick-up for our Taupo, New Zealand customers.  Pick up is from Wharewaka (address available on purchase).  If you select this option at checkout you are agreeing to pick-up your order, it will not be shipped to you.  If shipping is required you will be charged as per our shipping rates.
